Hiring of Janitorial and Cafeteria Services at Medical Teaching Institution Bannu

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the hiring of janitorial and cafeteria services. Bidders must ensure quality service delivery in a healthcare environment, maintaining hygiene and catering standards. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with KPRA, active on the Tax Payer list, and compliant with KPPRA rules. Earnest money deposits are Rs. 1,000,000 for janitorial services and Rs. 500,000 each for the two cafeteria services. Bidders must upload scanned copies of earnest money/CDR on EPADS and submit the original hard copy to the Hospital Director MTI Bannu before the closing date. The last date for submission is 26th October 2026 by 10:30 AM, with technical bids opening the same day starting at 11:00 AM for janitorial services and 11:30 AM for cafeteria services. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled for 15th October 2026 at 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM respectively in the Hospital Director's office. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from kp.eprocure.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk, and www.kgn.gov.pk. Documents can also be obtained from the Procurement Manager's office at a cost of Rs. 2000 per service. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS; hand, post, courier, or email submissions will not be accepted. Combined quotes for multiple lots will be considered non-responsive. Income tax, stamp duty, and professional tax will be charged as per government rules. Uploading forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA 2014.
