Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services of Ward No. 06 to 10 Zone-2 Municipal Committee Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites electronic bids through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the outsourcing of solid waste management services covering Ward Nos. 06 to 10 (Zone-2) in Ghotki. The contract period is from 1st November 2026 to October 2027. Items being procured: - Solid waste management services for Ward No. 06 to 10 - Primary collection of waste including cleaning of open and side drains - Cleaning of 50 streets in two shifts (morning and evening) - Deployment of 50 persons per day for waste management - Provision of special road party professionals for emergency cleaning in night shifts The scope includes comprehensive solid waste collection and street cleaning services, ensuring compliance with the minimum wage rates prescribed by the Government of Sindh. The contractor must ensure timely payment of wages to all deployed workers as per applicable labor laws. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration (where applicable), active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, minimum five years relevant experience with at least one contract of 80% estimated cost or two contracts of 50% each, financial turnover and bank statements for last three years, and submission of 5% bid security. Bids must be valid for 90 days and comply with all tax deductions including income tax and Sindh sales tax. Bids are to be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 27th October 2026 at 10:30 A.M. The bid opening will be held at the Office of the Municipal Committee Ghotki at 11:00 A.M on the same day. The contract is a fixed price contract with no escalation during the contract period.
