Hiring of Legal Advisor for Pakistan Stone Development Company Islamabad

Pakistan Stone Development Company (PASDEC), Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites eligible lawyers to submit proposals for the hiring of a Legal Advisor under the Companies (Appointment of Legal Advisers) Rules, 1975. The engagement will be awarded as per PPRA Rules. The Legal Advisor must have at least ten years of experience as a company legal advisor and have contended at least 100 decided court cases. Required documents include CV, High Court Advocate Enrollment Card, NTN certificate, FBR Active Taxpayer (ATL) proof, proof of office location in Islamabad, and a financial proposal quoting lump-sum fees for monthly retainership, lower court case fees, and high court case fees.
