Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the hiring of machinery for leveling of land and removal of garbage at Bhatta Chowk, Rawalpindi Cantonment. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to support the Board's efforts in maintaining cleanliness and land preparation in the specified area.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of Excavator Machine (Doosan Excavator) for 96 hours
- Hiring of Tractor with Front Blade for 96 hours
- Hiring of Grader for 72 hours
- Hiring of Dozer Machine for 96 hours
The technical scope includes provision of specified agricultural tractors and machinery at the site located at Bhatta Chowk, Rawalpindi Cantt. The machinery must meet the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA (CNIC/NICOP) and FBR (NTN) and have relevant experience. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed for this tender.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS platform. Original bid security must be submitted physically at the office of the Assistant Cantt Engineer, opposite AWT Plaza, The Mall Saddar, Rawalpindi before the bid submission deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained.
