Tender Description
This tender invites proposals for hiring a service provider to supply outsourced personnel for various roles including administration/ministerial staff, janitorial staff, office boys, drivers, IT technicians, care takers, PPC operators, and security guards. The procurement will be conducted through a quality and cost-based evaluation model.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the specified deadline. The technical bids will be opened in a scheduled meeting, and financial bids of technically qualified firms will be evaluated subsequently. A pre-bid meeting is also scheduled to clarify any queries.
