Items being procured: - 01x Spare (Recoil Brake, Ukraine) for Tk T-80UD, quantity various Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Directorate General Procurement (Army) upon production of required documents including registration certificates, proof of NTN, godown proof, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC photocopy, and certificates proving non-default and non-blacklisting status. Registered or indexed firms must provide manufacturing or agency agreements. An original challan for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited into the Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid Security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 Million) through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is required as earnest money. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of the store value is to be submitted within 30-45 days of contract signing.
