Buildings should comply with applicable building regulations and have a fitness certificate from the concerned department. Final selection will be subject to technical evaluation, site inspection, and approval by NADRA's designated committee. Eligible bidders must be owners or authorized representatives of the offered premises, provide valid ownership documents, CNIC, NTN certificate, ATL status, and ensure premises are free from encumbrances or litigation.
