Hiring of Office Building for Zonal Office Gambat by State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC)

The office building must be located on the Main National Highway, Gambat City, with a covered area of approximately 5,000 to 7,000 square feet. It should be a well-ventilated commercial building comprising at least a ground floor and first floor, with attached bathrooms equipped with English commodes and toilet seats, space for a kitchen, and one common bathroom. Proper drainage and sewerage systems are required. The building must have parking space for at least 20 vehicles in the vicinity and essential utilities including water, gas supply, electricity with a dedicated transformer of at least 40 KVA capacity, and telephone lines. The successful bidder must allow SLIC to install a generator or alternative power source on the roof or adjoining ground area and permit future partitioning of the building as per SLIC's requirements.
