Hiring / Outsourcing of Services of Office Boys, Plumber, Gardeners, Electrician and Janitorial Staff for NAB Balochistan Quetta

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan Quetta invites sealed bids through E-PAD from reputable experienced companies, firms, or business entities duly registered with Federal Board of Revenue for the provision of services of Office Boys, Plumber, Gardener, Electrician and Janitorial Staff for NAB Balochistan complex located at Shahrah-e-Gulistan, Quetta Cantt for one year extendable up to further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance on mutually agreed terms and conditions. Items being procured: - Office Boy (05) - Plumber (01) - Gardener (03) - Janitorial Staff (05) - Electrician (01) The eligible service provider must have valid sales tax and income tax registrations with active ATL status and fulfill the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions as per the bidding document. Bidding shall be carried out by Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Any bids not submitted through E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) shall stand rejected as per S.R.O No. 296(1)/2023. The bidder must submit the bid security both physically and online before the deadline as per rule 25 of PPRA, amounting to Rs. 216,000/- in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of NAB Balochistan, otherwise bid will be rejected. Bid shall be valid for 90 days. In case of unsuccessful bidder tenders, Earnest Money (Bid Security) will be released/returned within a fortnight and in case of successful bidder the same shall be released on furnishing of performance security equivalent to 10% of the total amount of contract in shape of Bank Guarantee. A certificate to the effect that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Ministry, Division, Department or Government Organization should accompany the bid. Interested companies, firms or business entities should apply through EPADS with subject 'Tender for Outsourcing of Services of Office Boys, Janitorial Staff etc.' till 14th September, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids in terms of Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004 and also reserves the right to alter required posts and number of staff as per its requirement. In case of public holiday on bid submission and opening date, the same shall be held on the next working day. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both physical and online bid security documents to avoid rejection. Also, carefully review the eligibility criteria and maintain active ATL status to qualify for the tender.
