Hiring of Private Security Staff for Security and Safety of CPGCL Guddu

Central Power Generation Company Ltd. (CPGCL), Genco-II, Guddu invites bids for the hiring of private security staff from a well reputed security firm to ensure the security and safety of the CPGCL Guddu facility. The contract is for one (01) year with a 3 months probationary period and is extendable annually for 3 years subject to satisfactory performance and applicable rules. Items being procured: - Hiring of Private Security Staff for Security/Safety of CPGCL Guddu The scope includes providing professional security personnel with credible experience and registration with income tax and sales tax departments. Participating firms must have a proven track record and provide profiles demonstrating their experience with the bid. Earnest money of PKR 500,000/- is required in the form of call deposit, bank draft, or bank guarantee, refundable and drawn in favor of Central Power Generation Company Ltd. Bidders must comply with PPRA rules 36(b) under a single stage two envelope bidding process. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The Chief Executive Officer, Genco-II TPS Guddu reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA rule No.33 (1). The last date for issuing tender documents is 28th September 2026 at 14:00 hrs, and the date and time for receiving and opening tenders is 28th September 2026 at 14:30 hrs.
