Hiring of Project Director for Construction of Blacktopped Road Niwano to Abdoi Border 48-km and Related Road Works in Kech District

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and professional civil engineers for the position of Project Director for the project Construction of Blacktopped Road Niwano to Abdoi Border 48-km, Kech District (Z2025.0982). The Project Director will also be responsible for executing the following projects: - Construction of Black Top Road from Gowash Road to Kharan Yamach Road (Z2025.0752) - Construction of Western Bypass (B.T. Road) from Cotton Factory to Bab-e-Kharan, District Kharan (Phase-I) (Z2026.3976) The position is purely on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable on a yearly basis based on satisfactory performance until project completion. The contract duration covers District Kech and Kharan. Applicants must have a minimum of sixteen (16) years of education with specialization in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution. Additionally, a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in project management or relevant fields is required. Candidates must possess intermediate or advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly government project planning and management processes and procedures. Previous experience in Balochistan will be considered an added advantage.
