Provision of Vehicles on Rental Basis with Drivers for Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company - TUSDEC in Lahore

The Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company - TUSDEC (Projects & Operations) invites bids for the provision of vehicles on a monthly rental basis along with drivers in Lahore. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to secure reliable vehicle rental services to support the operational needs of TUSDEC. The contract reference number is P124504. Items being procured: - Sedan Car (Honda City 1.2LS CVT Automatic Transmission or equivalent), Model 2026, White/Black color, with driver on monthly rental basis The scope includes provision of vehicles in excellent mechanical and aesthetic condition, equipped with air conditioning, seatbelts, spare tyre, jack, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher. Drivers must have valid licenses, minimum 5 years driving experience, be medically fit, and under 55 years of age. The vehicles may be deployed nationwide for temporary assignments. The contractor is responsible for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and driver conduct. POL will be provided by TUSDEC on actual consumption basis. Monthly payments will be made within 21 days after invoice verification. Eligibility requires bidders to have operational offices in Pakistan, be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List, registered on EPADS, and provide bid security of Rs. 100,000.
