Hiring of Security Firm for Provision of Security Services at Punjab Thermal Power Lahore and Jhang

Punjab Thermal Power (Private) Limited Lahore invites sealed bids from registered firms/companies for hiring a security firm to provide security services at its Head Office in Lahore and Plant Site in Haveli Bahadur Shah, Jhang. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Security Supervisor (4 units) - Security Guards (135 units) - SSG Guards (15 units) - Service Charges for provision of Security Personnel (154 units) - Monthly Rent for Vehicle with driver (Double Cabin) (1 unit) - Monthly Rent for Motorbikes (2 units) - Monthly Rent for Bullet Proof Jackets & Helmets (20 units) The scope includes provision of security personnel with minimum wage adherence, inclusive of salary, EOBI, PESSI, and other applicable contributions. Ancillary services include vehicle and motorbike rental with drivers, and rental of bulletproof jackets and helmets. The contract value is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold valid operating licenses and NOCs from the Home Department, and possess valid PTA licenses. Bidders must submit bids online via the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal before the deadline of Monday, 19-10-2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. A bid security of Rs. 5,898,000 in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order is mandatory.
