Hiring of Security Firm for Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) invites e-tenders on EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of KPPRA Rule 2014 for hiring a licensed security firm/company with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The contract is for providing uniformed security guards (29 Nos) equipped with 12 Bore Short Guns (Automatic) on 12-hour shifts. These guards will be deployed at WSSP Head Office, zonal offices, parking yards, and landfill sites within WSSP's jurisdiction in Peshawar. Items being procured: - 29 uniformed security guards - 12 Bore Short Guns (Automatic) - 12-hour shift security coverage The scope includes securing multiple WSSP locations in Peshawar, ensuring safety and protection of assets and personnel. Interested firms must be registered and licensed by the Ministry of Interior and KP Government to operate security services. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal and submit technical and financial bids electronically. A 2% CDR of the total bid price and an affidavit must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the specified address before the closing date. A non-refundable fee of PKR 3000/- is payable to WSSP's Bank of Khyber account, and the deposit slip must be submitted with the CDR. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20th October 2026 at 3:30 pm in the WSSP conference room. The contract duration is one year, extendable upon mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. All applicable federal and provincial taxes, including KPRA taxes, will be deducted as per government directives. Bidders should ensure all documents are legible and correctly uploaded on EPADS; incomplete or corrupted submissions will be rejected.
