Hiring of 150 Security Guards for NADRA Regional Head Office Sargodha

The National Database & Registration Authority Regional Head Office (NADRA RHO) Sargodha is procuring the hiring of 150 security guards to provide armed security services across its offices in Sargodha and surrounding districts including Faisalabad, Jhang, Mianwali, T.T Singh, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Khushab, and Hafizabad. This contract is for a period of one year, extendable for an additional year on the same terms and conditions. The scope includes provision of ex-servicemen and trained civilian security guards, women security guards as required, all equipped with weapons and ammunition. Guards must be between 35 and 50 years of age, medically fit with certificates from authorized labs, and cleared by police authorities. Uniforms must be neat, clean, and replaced as needed. The security company must ensure compliance with government minimum wage laws, social security, EOBI, and applicable taxes. The company is responsible for the conduct and discipline of guards, ensuring valid weapon licenses, and immediate relief arrangements for absent guards. Penalties apply for absence or misconduct, including double deductions for unguarded sites and potential blacklisting for poor performance or fraudulent practices. Bidders must be registered with NTN, PRA, active on FBR ATL, and not blacklisted. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted separately through EPADS. Earnest money of Rs. 10,47,960/- in the form of CDR or bank guarantee is required with the technical bid. The bid submission deadline is 29th April 2026 at 1100 hrs, with bid opening at 1130 hrs the same day.
