Hiring of Services for Implementation and Execution of Sports Events in Peshawar

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas invites qualified local and national event management firms and service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for a framework contract. This contract is for the hiring of services for the implementation and execution of sports events in Peshawar. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and possess valid NTN and GST certificates, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and provide a valid registration certificate from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) and SECP registration where applicable. Items being procured: - Hiring of services for implementation and execution of sports events Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.mergedareassports.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS before the deadline of 05th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must submit separate bids for each package and quote package-wise rates. Hard copies of bid proposals must also be submitted to the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas office at Peshawar. A Bid Security amounting to Rs.200,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is required. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
