Pre-Qualification for HMT Contract 2027-30 for Mechanical Transport Contractors at PAF Base Faisal Karachi

Applications are invited by the Pakistan Air Force at PAF Base Faisal Karachi for pre-qualification of reputable, well-experienced mechanical transport contractors for the upcoming HMT Contract 2027-30. The contract requires contractors with a minimum of 5 years general experience in heavy transport fleet management, financial soundness, and income tax registration. The scope involves transportation of aviation fuel from Karachi based Oil Refineries / OMCs and PARCO (Mehmood Kot) Terminal to all Bases / Units of Pakistan Air Force. Items being procured: - Transportation services using tankers with a capacity of 48,000 liters - Tankers equipped with latest products handling and safety equipment - Preferably tankers fitted with satellite based tracker systems The technical scope demands compliance with NHA / OGRA notified technical standards, requisite safety equipment including fire extinguishers, coupling and earthing systems, and a robust HR management system. Applicants must provide detailed company profiles, ownership and partnership details, vehicle fleet information including registration, model, make, year of purchase, loading capacity, and pictures. Financial stability must be demonstrated through bankers' certificates and tax documentation. ISO-9001 certification and HSE system details for fleet management are also required. Eligibility criteria include owning at least 50 HMTs, ISO 9001 certification, satellite-based tracker system, and meeting OGRA safety standards.
