Hiring of Third-Party Services for Skilled/Unskilled Manpower

Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC), an autonomous body of the Government of Punjab, Lahore, invites open competitive bids for the hiring of third-party services for skilled and unskilled manpower under a framework contract. The contract duration is one year from the award date, extendable for an additional year subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the competent authority. Items being procured: - Hiring of Third-Party Services for Skilled/Unskilled Manpower The bidding process follows the PPRA Rules 2014 with a Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit proposals online through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened online on the closing date, followed by financial bid opening after technical evaluation. A 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 1,314,000 must be submitted online via PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must have valid Registration Certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bid prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Incomplete proposals will not be considered. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last submission date. Punjab Seed Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement, and PSC websites. Timely online submission is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
