Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Girls Muzaffargarh

The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Girls, Muzaffargarh near PASSCO Godam DG Khan Road, Muzaffargarh for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Transport services on routes including School to Basti Chaman, Misali School, Fatima Mills, Tibbi Hussain, Railway Road, Bihari Colony, Social Security, Bhutta Pur Fly, Husnain Mill, Basti Gujja, Doabba Mor, Khanpur Bagga, Quetta Hotel, Murad Abad, Kangan Shumali, Thatha Sial, Darri Wala, Piplan Wala, Bassu Wala. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Vehicles must be manufactured/refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on specified dates. The Labour Welfare Office, District Muzaffargarh will serve as the cluster center for bid opening. Eligibility criteria include tax registration, vehicle age compliance, and obtaining at least 70% marks in technical evaluation. Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR at 5% of the contract amount is required from the successful bidder. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
