Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is procuring horticulture improvement and rehabilitation works for several key highways in Islamabad. The scope includes the Srinagar Highway from Convention Center to N-5, Islamabad Highway from Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk, Jinnah Avenue from D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz, and Murree Road from Faizabad to Serena Chowk. These works focus on enhancing the greenery and landscaping along these major routes, contributing to the beautification and environmental improvement of the capital city.
Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the E-PADS system by July 10, 2026, at 11:30 am. The technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 pm in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives at the office of the Director General Environment, CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 6, 2026, at 11:00 am at the same venue, which is optional but recommended for clarifications.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the relevant PEC category for landscaping or horticulture works and must have valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience in similar scale projects within the federal capital or comparable urban environments will be advantageous. Earnest Money and CDR requirements are detailed in the bidding documents available on the E-PADS portal.
The submission deadline is strict, and manual bids will not be entertained. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial proposals comply fully with the instructions to avoid disqualification. One practical tip is to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any ambiguities and avoid costly mistakes in bid preparation. This tender offers a significant opportunity for qualified contractors specializing in landscaping and environmental enhancement in Islamabad.
