Supply and Services of Hospital Diet & Extras - QE March 2027

Headquarters Multan Logistics Area invites sealed tenders on prescribed forms for supplies and services of Hospital Diet & Extras for the quarter ending March 2027 from reputable suppliers and contractors. Tender forms will be available for collection on 10 November 2026 at 1100 hrs and tenders will be opened on 11 November 2026 at 1100 hrs in the presence of all contractors and BOO. The HQ Multan Log Area reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or cancel the bidding process with grounds for rejection provided on written request. Earnest money is required at 2% from registered firms and 5% from un-registered firms, refundable and capped at a maximum of ten lac PKR. The earnest money must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Headquarters Multan Logistics Area (S&T Branch). No cheque or cash payments will be accepted.
