Pre-Qualification and Registration of Local Suppliers and Contractors for Supply of Ration Items to PAF Bases and HQs Central Air Command

Pakistan Air Force, through its Bases and Headquarters Central Air Command in Lahore, invites applications for pre-qualification and registration of reputable, financially-sound, and experienced local suppliers and contractors for the supply of ration items. This opportunity is open to registered firms and contractors with valid income tax credentials, aiming to supply a comprehensive range of ration items to the Directorate of POL & Ration, Air Headquarters Islamabad, and various PAF Bases under Central Air Command (CAC). Items being procured: - Dry and Fresh items including Semolina - Vermicelli - Grinding Services of wheat - Condiments - Lentil Seeds - Bengal Gram Flour - Rice - Cooking Oil - Milk Powder - Sugar - Tea Leaves - Green Tea - Meat - Vegetables - Fruits - Squash - Salt - Ice - Fire Wood - Bread The technical scope covers the supply of both dry and fresh ration items, ensuring quality and timely delivery to multiple PAF bases and the Central Air Command. Applicants must provide detailed company profiles, ownership documents, bank statements, proof of registration, partnership deeds (if applicable), CNIC copies, details of registration with any organizations, bank certificates, tax registration certificates, and evidence of previous work experience, especially with government or military organizations. All applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked as Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items, to the Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Central Air Command, PAF Lahore, or the respective O i/c CAT FLT Base offices by 25 September 2026, between 0900 and 1300 hours. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
