HT Steel Structure 34.8 Feet Long Procurement by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of HT Steel Structure 34.8 feet long utility poles. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is intended to be delivered to the Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad, covering Jamshoro and Nawabshah areas in Sindh province. Items being procured: - Lot-I HT Steel Structure 34.8' feet long, Quantity: 3600 Nos. with staggered delivery schedules of 1440 Nos. in 60 days, 720 Nos. in 90 days, 720 Nos. in 120 days, and 720 Nos. in 150 days from the date of purchase order issuance. - Lot-II HT Steel Structure 34.8' feet long, Quantity: 3600 Nos. with the same delivery schedule as Lot-I. The steel structures must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-78:2008 (amended to date). Delivery is on Free Consignee Stores (FCS) basis at Regional Store HESCO MCPL Workshop Jamshoro/Nawabshah. The supplier is responsible for unloading. The procurement follows a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and active taxpayer status, prequalification with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, submission of bid security, and compliance with prototype approval requirements where applicable. Bidders must have demonstrated experience with similar items in the last five years and submit all required documentation including integrity pact and no deviation declarations. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of a bank draft or bid securing declaration must be submitted physically to the Material Management Directorate, Room #237, WAPDA Offices Complex, HESCO H/Qs, Hussainabad, Hyderabad before the deadline. Technical inspections will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is required within 14 days of Letter of Intent issuance. Warranty period is 12 months from completion of supply.
