HVAC Plant and Equipment Operation and Maintenance Services

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites bids from eligible and experienced contractors for operation and maintenance of HVAC plants and equipment installed at NBP premises and branch offices, including locations in Karachi. The procurement is for a three-year service agreement covering continuing technical operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and support for the relevant heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations. Mandatory item and lot list: Lot 1 — Operation and maintenance of HVAC plant and equipment at NBP premises and branch offices, including Karachi; contract duration: 03 years. The notice does not provide a separate equipment-wise quantity, unit schedule or reserve amount. Participation is intended for contractors holding valid registration and licensing with the Pakistan Engineering Council under the relevant category and code ME-01, with the notice also referring to C6/O6 eligibility requirements.
