Bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must be registered with FBR, Sales Tax, and other applicable tax authorities. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 598,851 PKR is required in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee, mentioning the contractor's firm name and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. A non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 PKR is also applicable. The deadline for bid submission is 1st November 2026 at 11:00 AM.
