Construction of Paddle Tennis Court at GIK Institute Topi

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of a Paddle Tennis Court at its Topi campus. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure, and all contractors must be registered with PEC, have valid tax registrations, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Construction of Paddle Tennis Court (including all associated civil, structural, electrical, and finishing works as per specifications) The scope of work covers the complete construction of a paddle tennis court, including site preparation, civil works, structural and finishing works, and all necessary electrical installations. The project must be executed in accordance with the detailed specifications and terms & conditions provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders can download the documents from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or collect them in person from the GIK Admin Block, Room # F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 is required, and each bid must be accompanied by 2 percent earnest money of the total bid cost in the form of a CDR. Sealed bids, complete in all respects, must reach the office of the Deputy Director Procurement, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi, by 1530 hours on November 6, 2026. Proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 1600 hours the same day. Bidders are strongly advised to visit the site during working hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday) to inspect the previously constructed Paddle Tennis Court and familiarize themselves with the site conditions and requirements. Only firms meeting the eligibility criteria, including PEC registration and compliance with tax regulations, will be considered.
