The scope includes street and road rehabilitation using approved materials and construction methods to improve traffic flow and safety. The projects are funded by KMC's own funds. Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC, PEC and category relevant specialization codes, NTN and SRB registration certificates, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, and audit reports from ICAP registered firms.
