Tender Description
Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department invites bids from approved contractors of Irrigation Department through EPADS under the current Financial Year (2026-27) for the following works.
Items being procured:
- Improvement & Solarization of Existing Sump Wells
- Pump House Disty-5(A)
- Augmentation of Takarwah & Kot Hafiz Disties from PS-2 (Awan Nullah) in District D.I.Khan
The scope includes improvement and rehabilitation, refurbishment of Pumping Station No. II under the jurisdiction of Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan. The work involves solar energy system installation and related civil works as per PEC categories C-6 & 8 and EE 11 (Full) and EE11(iii) (Solar Energy system) codes.
Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority/KPPRA and have valid PEC category and Pakistan Engineering Council license. Earnest money of 0.2% of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR or Bid Security. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM.
The bid security and earnest money must be accompanied by a stamp duty of the estimated cost. Failure to submit the required documents or non-compliance with terms will lead to rejection. The contractor must provide a call deposit of scheduled banks as bid security. No bank cheque or pay order will be accepted.
