Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Charbagh Swat invites sealed tenders for balance work on the main building of TMA Charbagh and external development works under the scheme for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is based on the MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) and follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through the EPADS platform.
Items being procured:
- Balance work on Main Building of TMA Charbagh office
- External development works
The scope includes civil works related to the main building and associated external development. Contractors registered with C&W and LCB departments for the year 2026-27 are eligible to participate. Bidders must quote their rates on a percentage above/below/at par basis as per the MRS 2025 1st Bi Annual. Earnest money of 2% amounting to Rs. 0.5 Million is required along with a call deposit receipt and CDR photocopy. All bids must be submitted through EPADS by the deadline.
The tender documents including BOQ and BSDs can be downloaded from the EPADS website. Bids will be opened on 28th September 2026 at 12:00 PM. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP Public Procurement Rules 2014. The quoted rate must be clearly mentioned in words and figures. Incomplete or overwritten bids will be rejected.
Interested bidders should ensure valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and submit all required documents including CNIC, enlistment, renewal copy of local council board, income tax certificate, and active KPRA registration.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and submit their bids before the closing date. The department will not provide any machinery or testing laboratory; all costs will be borne by the contractor. Any false or incomplete information will lead to disqualification.
