Improvement of Toilets Facility in Different Hangers at NGAA Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the Improvement of Toilets Facility in Different Hangers at NGAA Lahore. Items being procured: - Taking out door and window frames and shutters - Dismantling cement tiled floors, brick masonry, concrete work - Excavation for foundation trenches and drains - Providing and laying cement concrete, brick masonry, damp proof course, cement plaster - Providing and fixing fiber door shutters, MS door frames - Providing and laying vitrified porcelain tiles - Painting with plastic emulsion paint - Providing and fixing door closers, locks, handles - Providing and fixing water supply pipes (uPVC, PPRC, PVC), valves, water tanks - Providing and fixing sanitary fittings including W.C. pans, wash basins, squatting pans, cisterns, bib cocks, bottle traps - Providing and fixing manholes, RCC covers, aluminum sheets - Electrical works including installation of ceiling lights, sockets, instant geysers, exhaust fans, wiring The scope covers civil works, water supply and sanitary installations, and electrical/mechanical works as per detailed specifications. The site is at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, provide bid security of Rs. 50,000, and comply with eligibility criteria including valid CNIC, professional tax certificate, and affidavit of no blacklisting. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The contract duration is 45 days.
