Hiring of Construction Contractor for Retrofitting Columns and Faculty Mess Construction at CPSP Regional Center Islamabad

The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites bids from reputable contractors for the hiring of a construction contractor to carry out retrofitting of columns in the existing ground and first floor, along with the construction of a faculty mess at the second floor of the CPSP Regional Center Islamabad. The project requires a firm with a minimum of 5 years' documented experience in similar works. Items being procured: - Retrofitting of columns at existing ground floor - Retrofitting of columns at first floor - Construction of faculty mess at second floor The scope includes structural retrofitting and new construction at the CPSP Regional Center Islamabad site. Interested firms must meet mandatory technical criteria, requirements, terms, and conditions as prescribed in the tender document. Tender documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) can be obtained from CPSP Regional Centre Islamabad and CPSP Head Office Karachi upon written request. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of 'College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan'. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed tender form along with a bid security of 2% of the bid value, refundable to unsuccessful bidders, also via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. The deadline for submission is 21st October 2026 by 10:00 AM. Documents must be submitted directly to CPSP Regional Center Islamabad, adjacent to P.I.M.S, Sector G-8/3, Ravi Road, Islamabad.
