Improvement and Upgradation of Electrical and Mechanical Installations with Digital Door Lock System in Federal Lodges at Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi & Quetta

The Estate Office Management (Estate Office Management) invites bids for the Improvement and Upgradation of Electrical and Mechanical Installations including the Installation of Digital Door Lock Systems in Federal Lodges located at Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, and Quetta. This procurement is specific to the Federal Lodges in these cities and is managed from Islamabad. The technical scope includes provision, installation, and integration of high-security RFID-enabled electronic locks, encoders, energy-saving switches, relay systems, reprogrammable digital cards, personal computer systems, LED screens, data racks, Wi-Fi routers, fiber optic cables, and related electrical and networking works. The work also involves minor civil works such as dismantling and refitting door frames, excavation, and concrete cutting for cable laying. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with PEC in category C6 or above for the year 2025-26 with specialized codes EE02, EE04, & ME07, hold valid electrical licenses for the respective regions, and have completed at least three E/M works worth a minimum of Rs. 7 million in the last three years. Bidders must also submit a bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque and upload a complete item-wise priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ) on EPADS. The submission deadline is Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
