Improvement, Widening, Construction and Blacktopping of Roads in District Khyber

The Communication & Works Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud invites electronic bids from eligible firms enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the EPADS system. Items being procured: - 261000: ROKHANA QABAIL Integrated Development Package for District Khyber (2026-27) with packages PKG-1 (PEC C-3 & above) and PKG-2 (PEC C-4 & above) - 261208: Improvement and Widening of Road from Dogra to N-55 Mattani via Malgoo Darro Adda (2026-27) with packages PKG-1 (PEC C-2 & above) and PKG-2 (PEC C-4 & above) - 260532: Improvement, Widening & Construction Shamshy to Adam Khel via Buttan Sharif Road Tirah (13 KM) (2026-27) with package PKG-1 (PEC C-3 & above) - 260534: Construction & Blacktopping of Road from Bagh Klay Barki Tall Dhand to Rajgal Main Road via Tor Chaper (12 KM) (2026-27) with package PKG-1 (PEC C-3 & above) - 261207: Construction of new Roads at Sub Division Bara ADP No. 2228 (2026-27) with packages PKG-1 and PKG-2 (PEC C-3 & above) The scope includes road construction, widening, blacktopping, and integrated development works across various locations in District Khyber. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified categories and have valid FBR and KPRA active status. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipts from scheduled banks along with stamp duty and bid entry fee at 0.03% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS system before the deadline. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 09/10/2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of C&W Highway Division Khyber. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 14/10/2026 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with valid reasons. The period of completion will be based on work orders issued.
