Indigenous Development of Non-Critical Aviation Spares (Batch-V)

The Directorate General Research & Development Establishment (DGRDE), under the Ministry of Defence (Defence Division), invites bids for the indigenous development of non-critical aviation spares (Batch-V). This procurement is specifically for 60 spares, with a quantity of 2 units each totaling 60 pieces. Items being procured: - Indigenous Development of Non-Critical Aviation Spares (Batch-V) Spares-30 (Qty 2 x Each=60) Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR are eligible to obtain tender bidding documents. These can be requested in writing from DGRDE (Contract Wing) on any working day between 0900-1500 hours. The bidding process will follow the Two Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 36(d) and 42(d)(i) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. A tender conference is scheduled at DGRDE on 30 November 2026 at 1100 hours to address any queries from bidders. The first stage technical offer submission deadline is 3 December 2026 at 1100 hours. The second stage will be intimated to qualifying bidders after evaluation of the first stage. All offers must be submitted to AD Contract (Contract Wing), DGRDE, Abid Majid Road, Rawalpindi by 10:30 hours on 3 December 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100 hours.
