Installation of 6 kW Solar Power System at Civil Court Taluka Ghorabhari Garho Thatta

The District and Sessions Court Thatta is procuring the installation of a 6 kW Solar Power System at the Civil Court, Taluka Ghorabhari @ Garho, District Thatta. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of a hybrid solar system including inverter, solar panels, lithium battery bank, framing, wiring, and associated electrical items. The project site is the Civil Court in Taluka Ghorabhari, Thatta, Sindh. The technical scope includes supply of a 6 kW Inverex Nitrox hybrid inverter, fourteen 580 W Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels (Inverex or Jinko), a lithium-ion 48 V battery bank, 16-gauge MS pipe framing, distribution box, DC and battery wiring, installation, transportation, and miscellaneous electrical items. All equipment must meet specified standards and carry a minimum one-year warranty. Installation includes testing, commissioning, and handover at the Court premises. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, registered under the Sales Tax Act with NTN, GST, and Vendor Number. Bidders should have completed at least two similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
