Tender Description
Lahore General Hospital invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the installation of a complete addressable fire alarm and sound system in the Emergency Block of Lahore General Hospital, Lahore. This procurement is aimed at enhancing safety and emergency response capabilities within the hospital premises.

The contractor is required to execute the installation fully in accordance with the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. The work must meet the satisfaction of the Engineer In-charge and comply with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) by 17-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Late submissions will be rejected.
A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 91674, must accompany the bids. This security must be submitted through digital online payment linked with BOP in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule No. 38 (2) (a). Contractors must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance.
