Supply of Security Equipment and Protection Gear for HQ Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi

The Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi invites bids for the supply of security equipment and protection gear/accessories. This re-tendering notice covers procurement for the Rawalpindi location under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Items being procured: - Security Equipment's (quantity as per list attached on EPADS) - Protection Gear / Accessories (quantity as per list attached on EPADS) The tendering procedure will be open competitive bidding using a single stage one envelope process as per PPRA rules. The fixed bid security of Rs. 75,000 must be submitted originally in hard copy before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders must quote 100% of the complete lot and partial bids quoting less than 100% of each lot quantity may be rejected. The cumulative price of the entire lot should be quoted on EPADS. Pay Order (CDR) should be in favour of HQ Anti-Narcotics Force Rawalpindi. The bid will be considered non-responsive if the bid security is less than the fixed amount or if any condition is attached to the tender. The unit price must be in PKR including all applicable taxes. Delivery period is within 7 days after issuance of purchase order or on demand basis for the financial year 2026/2027. Required documents include FBR registration certificate for Active GST & NTN, a certificate on stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation against the firm, and a complete bank statement covering one year from 01 Oct 2025 to 31 Oct 2026. The last date for submission of bids is 13 November 2026 at 10:00 hrs, with opening on the same day at 10:30 hrs.
