Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed 04 Nos. at Distribution Karachi East Region Different Locations (As Per BOQ)

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the installation of Deep Well Ground Bed 04 Nos. at various locations within the Distribution Karachi East Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at New CPS at Artistic Milliner (Landhi) - Construction/Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at New CPS at Agha Khan Park Garden - Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed for CPS Korangi Creek Industrial Park (KCIP) - Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed for CPS 39/B Korangi The scope includes civil works and installation as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided in the tender documents. The work locations are within Karachi East Region, and the delivery schedule for each lot is 120 days. Bidders must have a valid PEC certificate category C-6 or above and be registered with FBR (NTN). A bid security of PKR 40,000 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
