Installation of EV Charging Units at NSTP Parking at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the Installation of EV Charging Units at NSTP Parking located at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P156318. The scope includes comprehensive civil and electrical works necessary for the installation of EV charging infrastructure at the specified location. Items being procured: - Demolition of Premix Carpet / Bituminous Pavements (0.85 Cum) - Excavation in Hard Soil up to 1.5 M depth (2.14 Cum) - Supply and fix deformed bars Grade-60 (68.75 KG) - Providing and laying RCC with 3000 psi compressive strength (2.5 Cum) - Providing and laying lean concrete 1:4:8 (0.37 Cum) - Burnt brick work in walls over 115 mm thick (4.15 Cum) - Cement plaster 1:4, 13 mm thick (17.76 Sqm) - Providing and laying Delux quality tiles (17.76 Sqm) - Fabrication and installation of tensile fabric shed (300 Sqm) - Supply & fixing of power cable 10 mm² (4 core, copper) (40 Mtr) - Supply & fixing of PVC pipe size 1" (90 Rft) - Excavation and back filling of hard soil (2.25 Cum) - Concrete cutting and back filling in parking (1 Job) - Supply & fixing of DB 100 Amp with breakers (1 No) - Supply & fixing of rod type earth copper for earthing (2 Jobs) The technical scope covers all civil works including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, tiling, and fabrication of tensile fabric sheds. Electrical works include cabling, conduit installation, distribution board setup, earthing, and related electrical infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, possess valid FBR/NTN registration, and submit a 2% bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee. A tender fee of Rs 3,000 is also required. Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria and submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 02:45 PM, with bid opening at 03:15 PM on the same day via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
