Expression of Interest for Construction and Operation of Private Schools and Hospitals in Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat

The Commissioner Makuran Division, acting as Project Director for Meerani Housing Scheme in Turbat, invites proposals from reputable investors, developers, educational institutions, and healthcare operators for the construction and operation of private schools and/or hospitals within the Housing Scheme. Items being procured: - Construction and operation of private schools - Construction and operation of private hospitals Land will be leased free of cost with allied facilities, as per the detailed Terms of Reference (TORs). Selected applicants are expected to finance, construct, equip, operate, and maintain the facilities at their own expense. Proposals may be submitted for either or both facilities. The selection process will be transparent and competitive, following the TORs available at the office of the Commissioner Makuran Division in Turbat. Proposals must reach the Commissioner Makuran Division/Project Director, Meerani Housing Scheme, Turbat by 12:00 noon on 2 November 2026.
