Tender Description
The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Duki invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for execution of works under the project for the years 2026-27 based on Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. Items being procured:
- Installation of Local Bore with Solar System for Agricultural Purpose at Farmer Killi Sardar Shaezad Tareen Duki PSDP No. 3362 (Z2026.2206) 2026-27
The scope includes installation of a local bore equipped with a solar power system to support agricultural activities at the specified farmer location. The project aims to enhance water management and sustainable farming through solar energy utilization.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of PKR 13,930,632 in the last 3 years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above is mandatory, with specialization in CE09 (Water Supply), CE10 (General Civil Engineering Works), or EE11 (Solar Installation). Bidders must submit Income Tax Returns for FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26, audit reports, balance sheets, and latest bank credit line certificates not older than September 2026. Tender fee, bank guarantee or deposit call from a scheduled bank, and evidence of 10 years performance warranty of 90% efficiency and 25 years warranty of 80% efficiency for solar panels are required.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office or downloaded from www.bppra.gob.pk starting from the date of publication until 29 October 2026 during office hours. The last date for submission is 29 October 2026 by 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and ensure all required documents and warranties are included to avoid disqualification.
