Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-7) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-7) in Hyderabad. This tender is part of a larger development scheme involving multiple phases of pipeline installation and paving block construction across various UCs and villages under Hyderabad Municipal Corporation jurisdiction. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-7) The scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling, paving block construction, and related civil works. The work requires adherence to technical specifications, including ASTM standards for pipes and proper compaction and curing methods. The contract period is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The defect liability period is 24 months after completion.
