Contractors must have valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active FBR ATL status, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS portal by **26-10-2026 11:00 AM** and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon at Hyderabad Municipal Corporation office. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including original bid security and tender fee are submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer office before bid opening to avoid disqualification.
