The works are to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only by 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives.
