Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe lines of 18'' and 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages under Phase-5. The procurement is for the execution of development schemes in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. Items being procured include: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-5) The technical scope covers excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, and related civil works. The project duration is 24 months. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and must demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects. Submission of a bank statement for the last three years and an affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The bid submission deadline is 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The defect liability period is 24 months after completion.
