Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-1) and Other Development Schemes

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of multiple development schemes including installation of RCC pipe lines and construction and repair of paving blocks in various UCs and villages within Hyderabad. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' DIA at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' DIA at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phases 1 to 6) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 12'' DIA at UC-157 Marvi Town - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phases 1 to 5) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-127 Juneja Colony (Phases 1 to 7) - Installation of Water Supply Line 6'' DIA in Various Areas of UC-154 and TMC Qasimabad & TMC Hussainabad (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC Sewerage Pipe Line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phases 1 and 2) - Installation of 500 RFT Water Supply Line 6'' DIA in UC-157 at Samanabad Society - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24'' DIA at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phases 1 to 7) - Providing Paving Block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phases 1 to 7) - Installation of 3000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24'' DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phases 1 to 10) - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 18'' DIA in UC-155 Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phases 1 to 5) - Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC-145 and UC-159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Multiple Phases) The technical scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling, paving block construction, and sewerage pipe installation across multiple union councils and villages. The works require compliance with PEC registration in relevant categories, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, and submission of financial and experience documents. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is **26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. The contract completion period is 24 months with a defect liability period of 24 months. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. Bidders are advised to carefully review all mandatory qualification criteria and submit complete and signed bids. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Timely submission through the e-procurement portal is critical to avoid disqualification. Ensure all original documents are submitted before bid opening to maintain eligibility.
