Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-6) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities for the execution of the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-6) in Hyderabad city. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-6) The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, and related civil works as per specifications. The site is located in Hyderabad, Sindh, and the contract duration is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Bidders must submit a work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (E-PADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer's office before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. Defect liability period is 24 months after completion.
