The works are to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in specified forms. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is **26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at **12:00 Noon** the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
