Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages under Phase-2. The procurement is for civil works involving pipeline installation and related infrastructure in Hyderabad, Sindh. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others Soomro villages (Phase-2) The technical scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, and related civil works as per specifications. The project duration is 24 months. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active FBR ATL status, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates. Experience of minimum two similar completed works and two ongoing projects is mandatory. Submission of bank statements for last three years and affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation is required. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids are not accepted. Bid opening will be held on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at Hyderabad Municipal Corporation office in presence of procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from successful bidder. Defect liability period is 24 months. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rule 33. Any attempt to influence the procurement process will lead to disqualification and blacklisting under Rule 35.
