Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' & 12'' Dia at Various UCs in Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and other relevant authorities for the execution of multiple development schemes involving installation of RCC pipelines and related civil works in various Union Councils (UCs) of Hyderabad. The procurement covers installation of RCC pipelines of 18'' and 12'' diameter, water supply lines of 6'' diameter, sewerage pipelines, and construction and repair of paving blocks at multiple phases and locations including UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro, UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth, UC-157 Marvi Town, UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid, UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar, UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad, UC-127 Juneja Colony, UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro, UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari, UC-159 TMC Qasimabad, and others. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at various UCs and villages (multiple phases) - Installation of water supply line 6'' dia in various UCs of TMC Qasimabad & Hussainabad - Installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society - Construction and repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UCs 145, 159 TMC Qasimabad The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, testing of RCC pipes, refilling, and construction of paving blocks as per specifications. The works are to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and proven experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
